Shipping Policy

We ship goods only within India.

We take every care while processing the order. However if you find the package delivered is in outwardly damaged condition or tampered packaging, refuse to accept the shipment and inform our customer care immediately either by phone at 080-2521 0089 or by email customercare@privyshop.com by mentioning your order reference number. We will make sure a replacement is sent to you at the earliest opportunity.

All your orders come with discreet packaging and we do not mention “privyshop” name on any of our packaging. The consigner name is stated as “Siddhartha Trading”. We pack your order either in a brown carton or a thick non-transparent/opaque polythene cover. Depending on the product quantity, product dimensions we decide whether to use a thick non-tranparent/opaque polythene cover or a brown carton. Your privacy is given utmost importanance in whatever we do at privyshop.com. We wrap every carton/brown box with a thin wrap film, just to give an additional layer of protection. Whereever we see a requirement of double packing (such as dropping at security/office mail rooms/neighbours) we add another layer of protection/security/privacy. As mentioned earlier, your privacy is the most important factor that we consider at every step at privyshop.com.

In the documents that we provide to courier companies, it is mentioned as "apparel"  if the item purchased is “undergarment or any other apparel” and “personal care” if the item purchased is of any other product.

Please note, inside the shipment/packet/carton along with the purchased products we also keep a copy of the invoice containing details of specific products purchased. Incase, you do not want the invoice inside the packet, kindly drop a mail to either customercare@privyshop.com or call us at 080-2521 0089, once the order is placed.

Cash on Delivery Shipping

Before processing a COD order, our customer care will contact you to confirm the order. Only on your confirmation over the phone can we start processing your order. We kindly request you to keep sufficient amount at your disposable at the expected time of consignment delivery.

Shipping Time

We ship your orders within 24-48hours of your order placement, subject to payment clearance in the case of pre-paid orders such as credit card, debit card, net banking and NEFT transfer. We will update you of the same with an SMS. From the dispatch date, you can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-5 working days in Metros and anywhere up to 15 working days for other locations depending on the accessibility. You may track the consignment online after 12-24hours of dispatch, as the courier company requires time to update details on to their website.

Refund of Unshipped Orders

Though we make every effort to fulfil your order or send all items in one shipment, this may not be possible in very few cases. For any reason if we cannot ship your full order or partial order within 10 working days, we will provide a complete refund or amount equivalent to the unshipped part of your order, in the manner you have made payment. However, the actual credit to your account can take up to 15 days depending on your bank processing time. Please get in touch with your bank in the event you do not receive the amount in time and inform us if you have any issues.
